Les cabosses sont séchées pendant plusieurs jours au soleil. Le séchage demande une attention particulière pour préserver l’extérieur de la cabosse du risque de moisissure.

Une fois séchées, les cabosses serviront d’objet de décoration ou d’outil pédagogique auprès des chocolatiers et du grand public.
